Yahoo Mail cannot connect directly. Link your Yahoo inbox to Outlook first, then connect Outlook to Dropvault.
Option 1 — Outlook on the web

Go to outlook.com and sign in to your Microsoft account

Click Settings gear → View all Outlook settings

Go to Mail → Sync email

Click Other email accounts

Enter your Yahoo email and app password (see below) → click OK
Option 2 — Outlook iOS app (simpler)

Open the Outlook app on iPhone/iPad → tap profile icon → Add Account

Tap Add Email Account → enter your Yahoo address → Continue

Sign in on the Yahoo page that appears (no app password needed)

Tap Allow — your Yahoo inbox will appear in Outlook
Generating a Yahoo App Password (browser method only)
Go to login.yahoo.com → Security → App passwords. Enable 2-Step Verification if needed, then generate a password labelled “Outlook” and use it in step 5 above.
Connect any Microsoft account — Outlook, Hotmail, Live, or a Microsoft 365 work account.
Steps

Click + Outlook in the sidebar

You will be taken to Microsoft's sign-in page — sign in with your Outlook, Hotmail, or Microsoft 365 account

Click Accept to grant Dropvault read-only access to your inbox

You will be redirected back to Dropvault — your inbox will appear in the sidebar

Click Sync or wait up to 15 minutes for orders to appear automatically

Privacy
Dropvault only requests read access. It cannot send, delete, or modify any emails or settings in your account.
